The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of the insurance contract under the terms set out in the Policy Conditions, as well as in the Insurance Contract Act, the Law on the Regulation, Supervision and Solvency of Insurance Entities, the Insurance Distribution Act and its implementing provisions.

In case of refusal to provide such data or to have them processed, the conclusion of the insurance contract and/or the management of the contract shall not be possible.

In addition, your data will be processed for the following reasons:

On the basis of the legitimate interest of the data controller, to receive commercial offers of MEDVIDA Partners products, similar to those contracted, including by electronic means and/or to carry out satisfaction surveys and newsletters.

On the basis of your express consent, to receive information about products other than those contracted, to inform you about marketing actions (which may include campaigns, projects, prize draws, competitions, events of any type and subject matter) (including by electronic means).

  • Manage and provide administrative follow-up to the Pension Plan until the termination of the legal obligations of the parties under the Plan;

  • Manage mobilisation orders (transfers) requested by participants.
  • Processing of contingencies and benefits (including the provision of services by third party companies contracted by the Promoter and, where applicable, the Manager for the fulfilment of the Pension Plan.
  • Management of complaints and claims through the Ombudsman.
  • Register of Participants, claims, provisions and investments;
  • Conduct risk, solvency and review assessments of the financial and actuarial system, taking into account the legitimate interest of the Insurer.
  • To comply with obligations provided for in the Law, including those that require the identification of the Participant and, where applicable, the beneficiary, or when their processing is based on a legal authorisation;

  • The Pension Plan Promoter, the Depositary and the Pension Plan Control Committee.
  • Providers of the Promoter and, if applicable, the Manager, for the provision of services related to the contracted Pension Plan (for example: companies processing the contingencies and benefits with whom said services have been outsourced, with whom the Promoter and, if applicable, the Manager undertake to sign the corresponding data processing contract.
  • Companies of the Management Entity’s Group in case it is necessary for the fulfilment of supervisory obligations and/or for centralised management of IT resources and/or administrative management (internal administrative purposes).
  • To Official Bodies that, due to legal obligation or operational need, must access the data, for the purposes of the correct execution of the Pension Plan.

Your data may also be communicated in the event of portfolio transfers, mergers, divisions and transformations.
